What are we making Monday? These Chicken Avocado Burritos are quick, easy, healthy, and freakin delicious. If you have leftover chicken, these can be thrown together in 20 minutes! It satisfies that Mexican food craving. It’s hearty, leaving you satisfied and feeling like you did something good for your body!
Chicken and Avocado Grilled Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 Flour tortilla
- 2 oz cooked shredded, chopped or sliced chicken
- 1/2 avocado
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes, halved optional
- 1/4 Cup shredded cheese, cheddar, colby, or mexican blend
- sour cream and salsa for dipping
Instructions
- You can either add all ingredients in a bowl, or you can layer them on the tortilla
- Wrap tortilla burrito style
- spray with olive oil cooking spray or rub olive oil on outside of tortilla
- Place in air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through or skillet for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through, or place in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy and slightly browned.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream for dipping
