Chicken and Avocado Grilled Wraps

Servings 1 person

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Flour tortilla
  • 2 oz cooked shredded, chopped or sliced chicken
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes, halved optional
  • 1/4 Cup shredded cheese, cheddar, colby, or mexican blend
  • sour cream and salsa for dipping

Instructions
 

  • You can either add all ingredients in a bowl, or you can layer them on the tortilla
  • Wrap tortilla burrito style
  • spray with olive oil cooking spray or rub olive oil on outside of tortilla
  • Place in air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through or skillet for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through, or place in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy and slightly browned.
  • Serve with salsa and sour cream for dipping
