Olive Gardens (Recreated) Zuppa Toscana Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Italian sausage or ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 pound cooked bacon
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloces garlic crushed, minced
  • 29 ounces chicken broth
  • 6 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup heavy whipping cream I just use sour cream
  • 2 large potaoes cubed
  • 3 Cups Kale or spinach

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage and bacon, onion and garlic in large stockpot
  • add in water, broth, and potatoes
  • Heat on med-high until potatoes are tender
  • Add in whipping cream (or sour cream) and Kale (or spinach)
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes
