Crab Pasta Salad

Ingredients

pasta of choice; penne, shell, spiral, macaroni
use full bag if feeding a large crew

imitation crab meat
1/2
Cup
frozen peas
1/2
Cup
diced red onion
1/2
Cup
chopped celery
1/2
Cup
chopped red bell pepper
3/4
Cup
mayonnaise
1
TBSP
fresh dill
or 1 tsp dried dill
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh chives, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Boil water in large pot and add pasta. Cook according to directions. Drain Pasta and run under cold water
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until everything is well coated. Add salt an pepper to taste
Let chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving
Top with fresh chives, parsley, and/or dill before serving
