Crab Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta of choice; penne, shell, spiral, macaroni use full bag if feeding a large crew
  • 14 oz imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 Cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 Cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 Cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 Cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in large pot and add pasta. Cook according to directions. Drain Pasta and run under cold water
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until everything is well coated. Add salt an pepper to taste
  • Let chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving
  • Top with fresh chives, parsley, and/or dill before serving
