Then add in chicken breasts, green chilies, tomatoes, broth, all spices, carrots and 1-1/2 tsp sea salt
Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside
Add cabbage and broccoli to the pot. Continue to simmer until broccoli is softened.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks and stir back into soup
Once broccoli is tender, taste, and add salt and pepper as needed. Feel free to add in any herbs you like. Oregano, parsley, basil, paprika, garlic salt are all great options
