Set Yourself Free

I have been running away from and towards things at the same velocity my whole life! With one foot on the gas and one on the brake. Running at full speed with a chain around my waist that’s bolted to a slab of concrete.

I have wants. I have desires. I have a longing for more. Every ounce of my being is aching for passion, to give in to reckless abandon. Cut the chains and limitations that hold me back. Forego all rules and responsibility.

If Looks Could…Give You an Orgasm

So, speaking of dating and understanding the male species, funny story today. There is a guy I run into on a regular basis. We talk a bit and then go on our way. But today, today he saw me, laser beamed his way to me and hijacked my bubble. There wasn’t any consideration of 3 feet of personal space. He couldn’t stand close enough to me!

Partway through my second session with Robin, we released a heart wall and my body released a huge sigh. I said to her that that was the first time I had taken a deep breath in a month. I inhaled and exhaled deeply several more times with no coughing fit. To my shock and amazement, Robin told me that she had been tracking the heart walls we released and that a very significant number of the emotions tied to my heart walls are emotions that reside in the lungs. I knew on a cognitive level that our emotions affect our bodies, but actually feeling it as it was released was an entirely different experience. ~~Jodee C.

I am still not sure how the process with Robin works, but I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that it does work. I would recommend that anyone and everyone participate in a session or sessions with her. In the past, I have struggled with traditional counseling, because there are certain experiences that I cannot bring myself to discuss aloud, but Robin was able to help me release my heart walls surrounding certain events in my life without having to dredge fully through the memories. As a result of my sessions with Robin, I have found that I feel lighter and more confident in my day-to-day interactions with others and more relaxed in my own skin.
