I so relate to this! I have learned so much about myself throughout this time. Definitely fair share of ups and downs but so important to focus on the good that has come from such a crazy year. Great article.

Thank you for your comment! Happy to hear you have also experienced the hidden gems in this chaotic time. How unfortunate it would be to miss that opportunity. Thank you for the feedback.

Oh my gosh! When you said you felt like you trained your whole life for this, me too! Being an introvert makes this a whole lot easier to endure. The amount of dedication to self-care has increased substantially for me! However, having been in for so long, the anxiety about going back is pretty intense. And the longer we go, the more intense my anxiety gets. So yea, I don’t know how I’ll go back either! I hope you keep on enjoying your me-time. I know I have… it’s a bright light in a lot of darkness at the moment. *hugs*

Always nice to meet a fellow introvert! I understand the anxiety about going back, which has me questioning everything! At the same time being aware of my reasonings. I hope you get to bask in that bright light and it brings you peace, my friend! *hugs* back to you!!

Even though I am not an introvert – I don’t want to go back. I want to lay the foundation for change through focusing on my goals and priorities, and saying no more often to distractions. In terms of self care I have started to practice meditation, I’m not great at it yet but I really should have tried it earlier!

That’s great! I think it’s really giving us all the opportunity to reprioritize things and create healthy boundaries. I hope meditation gets easier for you!
