    I love, love, love your energy!!! And I am inspired to try this for my husband. I do the food prep thing for myself often but my husband and kids are not always on board with the healthy food/healthy snacks adventures. Any suggestions for motivation in that area?

      Thank you! Hmmm…motivation..I think with kids (depending on the age) if you can make it fun for them, helps. Raisins on peanut butter and celery are “ants on a log”. You could use toothpicks to make designs or characters out of fruit and veggie slices..etc. That probably won’t work for a teenager however. HAHA. If they are the type to enjoy food prepping with you or coming up with their own unique ideas or recipes might work. Just the fact that they are ready and available is the part that works for my guy. He probably wouldn’t eat so well if I didn’t do this for him.
