What Are We Making Monday? How about something super fun, super easy and super delicious? This chicken avocado pizza is all of that. Using flatbread, naan bread, or pita bread found in the bakery section of your grocery store, makes this a simple throw on some toppings and dinner is served in 30 minutes! Make a nice dinner, or Ceasar salad and your ready to open your own Italian Bistro!
Feel free to play around with this according to your desires. You can use different sauces, olive oil and garlic, garlic parmesan, pizza sauce, pesto, or ranch dressing. Toppings are endless! You can literally throw almost anything onto a pizza, depending on your craving. But for now, we are focusing on the simplistic and healthy, chicken and avocado.
Chicken and Avocado Pizza
Ingredients
- naan, flatbread, or pita bread
- cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken shredded
- avocado sliced
- bacon crumbled
- shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, monterey, or colby
- ranch dressing
- tomatoes sliced
- olive oil
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the top of your bread of choice (and a sprinkle of garlic powder if you desire)
- Add cheese, chicken, bacon crumbles, sliced tomato and avocado. Then drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Pop in the oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Cut into pizza pieces and serve
